In this episode, we explore Daring Greatly's themes of courage and vulnerability and discuss how to determine what matters and what's just noise in the big picture of our lives; we share favorite quotes and key takeaways from the book; and I open up about how Daring Greatly helped me to stop the harmful approval-seeking and people-pleasing that held me back and compromised my own wellbeing.
