My annual new year's ritual of creating a vision board is as sacred as it is symbolic. A spiritual practice, I infuse each board with my intentions for the year ahead and name an overarching theme, through my word of the year, to center my focus and guide my mindset and plans.
Season is my word of the year for 2022, reminding me that living with the rhythms of the seasons will help to keep me more grounded, intentional, and mindful; to add a dash of spice in all things; and to honor my own personal season of life.
The foundation - my foundation - is made of wellness and freedom with my tribe at the center. All the rest builds up from these treasured fundamentals. The imagery of the shepherdess, wildflowers, the year of the tiger, a lemon tree, the blooming keyboard, savory and sweet, nature, the forest and sea, snowflake, snowshoes, hot air balloon, and a cozy gathering space are deeply symbolic and meaningful for me. The words speak for themselves.
When created with purpose and intention, a vision board can be a powerful tool for manifestation. As the year unfolds, I'll be reflecting on its influence and carrying it forward through my content.
