Episode 11: Hygge + Happiness

Winter is coming. We may not be living a Game of Thrones episode, but it does mean that in the Northern Hemisphere, the days will be shorter and the temperatures colder. Some of us may find this season particularly challenging for our mental and emotional health, especially as pandemic public health guidelines restrict many of our familiar activities.

The concept of Hygge can help us to weather the coming colder season with more comfort and joy, and in this episode, we explore how. We play a few rounds of Winter Is Coming trivia; I provide some tips for cultivating hygge at home and in our hearts; and I share a few of my favorite things for hygge and happiness during the winter months.
